OA are recruiting for a Block Manager to join our client’s dynamic and growing team. We're looking for a Block Manager who will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and maintenance contracts and to communicate with clients and leaseholders/freeholders in line with contracted management agreement to run and maintain their block/development accordingly.
Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Monday – Friday. 9am-5:30pm.
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 – depending on experience
