An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to join our client’s busy and supportive team based in Northampton.

Our client is a well established logistics and distribution business known for its high standards and efficient warehouse operations. They take pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:
- Process and record returns and damaged stock accurately
- Perform regular stock checks and inventory control tasks
- Run and maintain reports on Excel to track stock and warehouse activity
- Print and process inbound purchase orders
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates, queries, and returns
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for stock movements and deliveries
- Support the management team with general administrative duties as required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
