An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic recruitment team on a temporary basis.

With a strong focus on candidate experience and operational excellence, they are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their resourcing function.

Duties of a Recruitment Coordinator:
- Providing an end-to-end recruitment service to hiring managers
- Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
- Coordinating and booking interviews, managing diaries effectively
- Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Supporting a managed recruitment inbox and phoneline
- Creating offer documentation and supporting onboarding processes
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Producing KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Supporting general administrative and recruitment tasks as required
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and code of conduct
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using an ATS is advantageous
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A proactive and professional approach
