- £26,000 starting salary
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service

Overview:
This is a varied, highly administrative role supporting a busy and growing Supply Chain team. You will provide essential support across purchasing, production planning and supplier management, helping to keep the department running smoothly.
As one of the most central functions within the business, Supply Chain works closely with every department, giving you fantastic exposure across the organisation. You will also gain an understanding of the full product journey from concept to customer – from sourcing ingredients and packaging through to seeing finished products in cafés, restaurants and retail environments.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with detail, has the confidence to question anything that doesn’t look quite right, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Whether you have some administration experience or are looking to start your career after graduating, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support across the Supply Chain department
- Raising purchase orders and maintaining supplier information
- Monitoring delivery schedules and updating internal systems
- Assisting with production planning and forecasting activities
- Maintaining accurate product, supplier and stock records
- Supporting new product introductions through system setup and administration
- Producing reports, spreadsheets and management information
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate information is maintained
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to routine enquiries
- Assisting with continuous improvement projects and new system implementation
- Supporting the wider team with additional administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- A highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident working with data and maintaining accurate records
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- The confidence to question inaccuracies and identify potential issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- Adaptable and happy working in a changing, fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
- Previous administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- An interest in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Operations would be beneficial
