Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday. Standard working hours are 7:00am - 7:00pm, however flexibility is required as working hours can fall at any time depending on business needs.

Our client is a well-established events and logistics business, providing equipment and support services to a wide range of corporate clients, venues and suppliers across the UK. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and are looking for a reliable and professional individual to join their close-knit team.

Duties of a Van Driver:
- Driving a long wheelbase van to event venues, suppliers and corporate clients
- Carrying out deliveries and collections primarily within Central London and the M25
- Occasionally travelling further afield throughout the UK as required
- Loading and unloading equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed on time
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
- Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle
- Communicating professionally with clients, suppliers and freelance staff
- Planning and navigating routes effectively (sat nav provided)
- Assisting with warehouse duties when not out on the road
- Working closely with the operations team and other drivers to ensure all jobs are completed successfully
- Undertaking additional duties as required to support the business
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience driving long wheelbase or 3.5-tonne vehicles
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience
- Comfortable driving within Central London and the M25
- Good geographical knowledge and route planning skills
- Warehouse experience would be beneficial
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible approach to working hours and overtime
- A team player who enjoys working within a close-knit environment
- Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude
