Duties of a Warehouse Shift Leader:
- Overseeing the warehouse team
- Checking stock and orders
- Updating the internal spreadsheets
- Assigning correct jobs and orders to the team
- People Management, resolving issues and rota changes
- Creating a rota for all staff on a weekly basis
