We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable class 2 Driver, who needs to be fully flexible. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent driving skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support the wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving to deliver and collect event furniture and equipment.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Working alongside a Driver's Mate to complete deliveries and collections.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of event furniture when required.
  • Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
  • Providing excellent customer service at client sites.
  • Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

Essential Requirements:

  • 2 years previous experience driving class 2 or 7.5 tonne vehicles is essential.
  • Valid UK Category C1 or C2 Driving Licence.
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • A proven track record of safe and professional driving.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including early starts and late finishes when required.
  • Comfortable undertaking manual handling duties and occasional heavy lifting, with support from a Driver's Mate.
  • Good communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
