Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £24,000 starting salary (rising to £26,000 after initial period)

Who are we? Our client is a growing, forward-thinking small business based in the heart of Milton Keynes. Known for their supportive and collaborative environment, they are now looking to expand their team with this brand-new role. This position offers excellent scope for learning and career development, making it ideal for a graduate or someone at the start of their professional journey who is eager to make an impact.

Duties of a Sales, Marketing & Data Administrator:
- Investigate undelivered marketing emails by researching and updating client contact data using LinkedIn and other tools
- Update Bullhorn CRM with new and accurate contact details, generating new leads
- Outreach to candidates and client contacts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn using Canva
- Identify and research potential candidates and client contacts
- Leverage existing networks (candidates, referees, contacts) to source new business opportunities
- Promptly return calls and messages to ensure efficient communication
What we would like from you:
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft applications
- Comfortable navigating CRMs (experience with Bullhorn is a plus – training provided)
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to contribute ideas and think creatively
- Excellent telephone manner and confidence in making outbound calls
- Social media marketing experience (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative
