Duties of a Quality Control Operative:
- Inspection of Production line and area - ensuring that visual and physical checks are completed and met to quality specs
- Manual handling - moving and lifting materials into position safely as part of the process
- Measuring and testing - using tools and gauges to verify dimensions
- Defect identification - spot out damages and inconsistencies - report immediately
- Following strict health and safety
What we would like from you:
- Previous QC experience
- Forklift (counterbalance) license and driving license for duties of the role
- Previous use of hand tools and power tools
- Hands on and manual work
- Computer skills and background
