Are you detail-oriented, technically minded, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Senior Testing Technician to join a leading global company in the diagnostics and life sciences based in Pencoed, Bridgend. You’ll play a key role in supporting production and quality within a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £14.03 p/h Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 Temporary contract with opportunity to extend

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Testing Technician:
- Perform, validate and document routine quality control testing and release of raw materials
- Validating, and documenting routine tests
- Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment
- Support new product introduction and validation activities for new and existing materials
- Take accountability for assigned equipment, ensuring maintenance and calibration schedules are met
- Maintain compliance with GLP/GDP and quality standards

- Proven experience in raw materials testing within a regulated laboratory environment
- Strong understanding of GLP/GDP and quality systems
