Location: Pencoed, Bridgend

Pay: £18.17 per hour

Shifts: Continental shifts – 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00 (every other weekend off)

Contract: Temporary, with potential for extension

What you’ll be doing as a Kit Assembly Technician:

  • Carry out standard duties such as set up/set down and general running of the production lines, and following/completing Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
  • Topping up all consumables required within Kit Assembly
  • Ensure GMP is followed religiously; attention to detail is the key to success while following SOPs and work instructions
  • Monitor hourly performance, catalogue information, and adhere to reaction/escalation plans
  • Maintain general housekeeping of area, including removal of waste during/end of shift

What you’ll bring as a Kit Assembly Technician:

  • GCSE‑level Maths & English (C+ or equivalent)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (desirable)
  • Good attention to detail and a strong quality focus
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry (Excel is a plus)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and overtime
