OA are recruiting for a PA to join a highly respected Accountancy & Tax firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and professional individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Location: Barnet Hours: Part time. Monday-Friday. 9:30am-1:30pm. Office based – 20 hours a week Salary: £15 per hour / £15,600 per annum PA Benefits 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Employee assistance programme Pension PA Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Manage diaries and schedules effectively, with a focus on keeping Fridays free where possible. Relay important information accurately and in a timely manner. Provide general administrative support, including scanning, filing, and ad-hoc admin tasks. Assist the wider business with administrative support as required. Respond to company house enquiries and correspondence with HMRC. Monitor and help manage internal deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time. PA Skills and Experience Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Trustworthy and approachable Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support different areas of the business. IT proficient (MS Office, Outlook, Excel) Experience in accountancy, tax, or professional services (desirable but not essential).
