Who are we? Our client is a serviced office provider looking to attract traditional, hybrid, and mobile workers through its flexible office space, coworking areas, and meeting room solutions. With a focus on high-quality service and adaptable work environments, they cater to a wide range of professionals and businesses. Duties of an Operations Manager: Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business centre Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service Manage customer enquiries, office contract negotiations, and viewings Oversee the upkeep and safety of the centre, including facilities and premises Handle financial tasks including invoicing, cost analysis, and supplier payments Drive sales across office space, coworking, virtual offices, and meeting rooms Prepare sales analysis and financial reports Liaise with commercial agents and brokers Line manage and support the Reception Team, providing cover when needed Ensure Health & Safety and compliance standards are met Contribute to the smooth running of the centre What we would like from you: A confident communicator who can build rapport at all levels Experience in face-to-face customer service Highly organised with strong administrative and financial skills Comfortable managing facilities, suppliers, and contractors Sales-savvy – able to cross-sell and upsell effectively Proactive, flexible, and calm under pressure A positive team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves when needed If you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.
