Office Manager Location: Hatfield (Hybrid – up to 2 days from home per week) Salary: Β£35,000 FTE Job Type: Full-time (37 hours), 5 days per week – 4 days (min. 30 hours) considered Office Manager – About our client: Our client is a not-for-profit organisation making a real difference in people’s lives. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their Leadership Team and ensure the smooth running of the office, facilities, IT, and compliance, while creating a safe and inclusive workplace. Office Manager – Details: Hybrid working (up to 2 days at home per week) 25 days annual leave (pro rata) 5% employer pension contribution Inclusive and supportive culture Leadership-level role with organisational impact Office Manager – Responsibilities: Oversee office operations, facilities, and supplier contracts Act as first point of contact for the office, IT, and data protection providers Manage Health & Safety processes, compliance, and training Support GDPR compliance in partnership with external consultants Onboard new staff and volunteers, providing inductions and training Recruit and coordinate volunteers to support administration Organise team meetings, briefings, and away days Contribute actively as part of the Leadership Team Office Manager – What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in office management, IT, facilities, H&S, and GDPR compliance Contract management skills with focus on value for money Experience leading staff and/or volunteers Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion Interest in digital innovation, including AI, to improve processes If you are interested in this role, please apply your most recent CV.
