Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a TIG Welder Fabricator for our well established client based in Letchworth.

Responsibilities

  • Quality checking parts for fabrication are correct
  • Use of drilling, cutting and machining - operating workshop machines (Saws, drills and weld sets)
  • Ability to fabricate and weld materials
  • Ability to follow drawings
  • Adhering to health and safety requirements and reporting any issues

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be confident with using the dedicated machines
  • Candidates must be able to read engineering drawings
  • Experience with soldering
  • Experience of working in a workshop or similar fabrication processes
  • Candidates must be able to undertake a physically demanding role
  • Ability to work under pressure and towards targets

Details

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm with overtime available
  • Pay Rate: £15.00ph - £20.00ph
