Shift Patterns Available:
- 14:00pm - 22:00pm, Monday - Friday
- 08:00am - 16:00pm, Saturday – Wednesday
We are looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking individuals to join our client in their warehouse team at Swan Valley, Northampton.
This Reach Truck Driver and Warehouse Operative role can be approximately 50% manual order picking and 50% Reach Truck driving, so you’ll need to be comfortable working both on and off the truck.

Responsibilities:
- Picking customer orders accurately
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading stock
- Replenishing warehouse locations
- Supporting the wider warehouse team during busy periods
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Reach Truck licence/certificate
- Previous Reach Truck experience
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and warehouse duties
