An exciting opportunity to help build something from the ground up. Our client is looking for a caring, ambitious, forward thinking individual to join them. This role, combining PA, Support, Marketing, Administration and charitable work.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct PA and executive support to the Managing Director.
- Supporting the governance, administration and operational duties for the Foundation.
- Managing and growing social media for both the business and Foundation.
- Maintaining and developing the Foundation website and keeping content engaging and up to date.
- Organising trustee and board meetings, taking minutes and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Acting as a key point of contact for community groups, beneficiaries, partners, sponsors and donors.
- Building strong relationships with sponsors and donors to support the Foundation's growth.
- Planning and delivering fundraising events, campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Providing wider administrative and organisational support across the business.
- Managing multiple priorities independently and taking ownership of projects.
- Helping shape the Foundation's long-term objectives and development.
