About our client:
Our client is a not-for-profit organization making a real difference in people’s lives. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their Leadership Team and ensure the smooth running of the office, facilities, IT, and compliance, while creating a safe and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, facilities, and supplier contracts
- Act as first point of contact for office, IT, and data protection providers
- Manage Health & Safety processes, compliance, and training
- Support GDPR compliance in partnership with external consultants
- Onboard new staff and volunteers, providing inductions and training
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers to support administration
- Organise team meetings, briefings, and away days
- Contribute actively as part of the Leadership Team
Requirements:
- Strong experience in office management, IT, facilities, H&S, and GDPR compliance
- Contract management skills with focus on value for money
- Experience leading staff and/or volunteers
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Interest in digital innovation, including AI, to improve processes
