We are looking for a skilled and reliable Step – Up Team Leader – Nights to join our night shift team in a fast-paced print and production environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong machine experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and progress towards full-time supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery across print and finishing departments
- Work flexibly across different production areas, including finishing processes
- Take on chargehand responsibilities when required, supporting the wider team
- Lead by example to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety
- Assist in coordinating team activities and ensuring smooth workflow
- Support supervisory tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Previous experience in machine operation within manufacturing or print
- Some supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
- Ability to work across multiple functions and adapt to business needs
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and responsible approach
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
