Production Operative – Sorting & Quality Checking. Location: Kettering Hours: 8am-4pm (can be 8am-6pm if wanted!),  Monday to Friday. Candidates must arrive 15 minutes before each shift for handover. Pay: £14.61 per hour Duties of a Production Operative: Cleaning production areas, machinery and equipment to maintain high housekeeping standards. Carrying out routine quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Identifying and reporting product defects or quality issues. Completing production and quality documentation accurately. Supporting production teams with general operational duties. Following health & safety procedures and standard operating procedures at all times. Assisting with manual handling and movement of materials. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Working towards daily production targets as part of a team. What we would like from you: Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or FMCG is desirable. Experience in a quality-focused environment would be advantageous. Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of health & safety procedures. Reliable and punctual.
