Role: Finance Broker - Property
Location: Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £26,000 per annum + commission
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Finance Broker who has a strong understanding of the commercial or residential property market.
Duties of this role:
- Qualifying leads
- High Outbound calling to businesses to offer solutions
- Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPI's.
- Develop a strong pipeline.
What we would like from you:
- 1-2 years previous experience within commercial or Residential propertySales role
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Customer service driven
- Ability to prioritise and self-motivated
- Must be a driver
