Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator to join our client based in Hitchin on a temporary to permanent basis.

- Working Hours of a Machine Operator: Monday to Thursday 6am - 3pm and Friday 6am - 11am
- Manufacturing Operative
Main Duties
- Follow work instructions and company procedures.
- Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times.
- Operate and work with metal manufacturing products and materials.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with general production and machine operation tasks as required.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience working in a similar machine operative role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including manual handling duties.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions effectively.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
