Role: Warehouse Team Leader
Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Breaks: 10:45–11:00 | Lunch: 1:00–2:00 | Break: 3:45–4:00)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our client’s successful and friendly team. Duties
- Support the smooth running of daily warehouse operations
- Oversee dispatch readiness, collections, goods out, and customer requests
- Act as the Warehouse Manager’s right-hand person, helping keep operations running efficiently
- Carry out HSE / housekeeping checks and maintain warehouse standards
- Support the team with hands-on warehouse duties where required
- Manage KPIs, accuracy checks, and operational admin
What we would like from you
- Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with a hands-on approach
- Confident using systems and able to quickly learn new WMS platforms, booking systems, and delivery portals
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work under pressure
- Team player with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
- Counterbalance / Reach licence desirable but not essential
