We are currently looking for a Sales Support professional to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual looking to develop their career within a busy sales and customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and enter customer purchase orders accurately.
  • Set up new products and assign product numbers within the database.
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding previous orders and account information.
  • Process exchange and special orders.
  • Review and maintain accurate customer accounts.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns, providing helpful and timely solutions.
  • Support customers by phone, email and in person.
  • Print shipping labels and generate billing invoices when required.
  • Assist with marketing requests, internet orders and other special-order activities.
  • Contact web customers to provide assistance and complete registrations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Carry out customer care surveys and follow up where required.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned.
