The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and processed in line with internal KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data entry of figures and descriptions with a high level of accuracy
- Using a calculator to carry out simple maths checks
- Updating and maintaining a daily spreadsheet
- Checking attachments and documentation on a daily basis
- Liaising with different internal departments
- Working to targeted KPIs and deadlines
- Supporting the wider finance team where required
