Facilities Maintenance Technician required for our client based in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury. This hands-on position involves carrying out maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical works, fabric repairs, painting, decorating, and more. The role begins on a temporary basis and will be reviewed.

Working Hours and Salary

  • Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility for different shifts and weekend work as required.
  • Salary: £16.83 to £17.31 per hour, with holiday pay accrued under PAYE Contract terms.

Duties

  • Carry out planned or reactive maintenance across the sites – electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fabric updates, and painting/decorating.
  • Address building issues such as lighting, power, water, or general repairs.
  • Monitor basic maintenance systems.
  • Complete safety checks and fire alarm testing.
  • Coordinate contractors on site.
  • Support office moves and project-related maintenance.
  • Perform general site maintenance.
