Customer Service Representative Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Garden Centre Pay: £12.71PH PLUS - £50 per appointment booked Dates: 5th & 6th December and 12th & 13th December, with additional weekday opportunities available. About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and approachable individuals to join us for a Christmas promotional campaign at a busy garden centre. Your role will be to promote and raise awareness of a featured product, engage with customers visiting the garden centre and encourage interested customers to book an appointment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, has a friendly personality and is confident approaching customers. Key Responsibilities Approach and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Promote and introduce customers to the featured product. Explain the benefits of the product and generate customer interest. Encourage interested customers to book an appointment. Record appointments accurately and provide a positive customer experience. Represent the brand professionally throughout the campaign. Dates & Availability We are particularly looking for availability on: Saturday 5th December Sunday 6th December Saturday 12th December Sunday 13th December There may also be opportunities to work additional weekdays, so candidates who have flexible availability during the week are very welcome to apply. Pay & Benefits £50 for every appointment successfully booked. Opportunity to earn more depending on the number of appointments generated. Temporary Christmas work in a busy garden centre environment.
