Customer Service Executive OA are recruiting for an Customer Service Executive to join our client’s highly successful and growing team. As an Customer Service Executive your role is to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. Location: Aston Clinton Hours: Full-time, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Salary: £27,000-£32,000 depending on experience Customer Service Executive Benefits 25 days annual leave + bank holidays On-site parking Pension Cycle to work scheme Life insurance Casual dress code Customer Service Executive Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Understanding client needs and providing solutions to meet those needs Regularly communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Engaging with sales and contributing to revenue growth Processing and organising day-to-day orders and deliveries on multiple online systems Ensuring orders are invoiced according to each client Liaising with customers regarding stock transfers, stock issues, miss picks, customer changes, damages, and tracking information Making system changes such as adjustments, receipts, and dispatches Organising kitting jobs Costing and quoting jobs Invoicing completed kitting activity Working with the warehouse and other office members to manage the process.: Making and taking calls Responding to emails Booking in deliveries Liaising with goods in for deliveries coming in Customer Service Executive Skills and Experience 1-2 years in a customer service position is desirable Relationship-building skills Communication skills Problem-solving abilities.
