Customer Service Administrator OA are currently working with a well-established organisation based in Welwyn Garden City. We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing business on a permanent basis. 5 days per week, 8.30am – 5pm £24,000 Permanent opportunity Hybrid working after training 25 days holiday + bank holidays Free on-site parking Customer Service Administrator – Main Duties: Handle customer & supplier queries via phone and email Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers Updating all relevant information on the database Validating bills Reviewing reports Opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects Customer Service Administrator – Skills and Experience: Previous Customer Service or Administration experience Strong maths skills Customer-focused, fantastic communication skills written and verbal Proactive with strong problem-solving skills Able to work within deadlines Good Excel skills If you are interested in this position, please apply online with your CV.
