Overview

Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (Overtime Available)
Benefits: Bonus Scheme | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Pension Scheme

Key Duties

  • Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
  • Setting up and maintaining production machinery
  • Preparing and adjusting jigs
  • Cutting, bonding, and finishing bricks to create bespoke products
  • Carrying out quality control checks
  • Packaging and labelling items ready for dispatch
  • Completing daily safety checks and maintaining a clean working area

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manual role
  • Basic Maths, English, and computer skills
  • Forklift licence (training will be provided if not held)
