The Role
- Lead and develop a small team.
- Drive preventative maintenance and high standards.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
- Carry out regular site inspections.
- Improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Champion health & safety and compliance.
- Build strong relationships across the business.
About You
- Maintenance leadership experience.
- Strong facilities, commercial or industrial maintenance background.
- Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience.
- A proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
