Location: Buckingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: Β£40,000 – Β£42,500 DOE

We're recruiting a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead a small team across a multi-site operation. This is a varied, site-based role where you'll spend time coaching your team, improving processes, carrying out inspections and driving a proactive maintenance culture. The Role

  • Lead and develop a small team.
  • Drive preventative maintenance and high standards.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Carry out regular site inspections.
  • Improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Champion health & safety and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships across the business.

About You

  • Maintenance leadership experience.
  • Strong facilities, commercial or industrial maintenance background.
  • Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
