Duties
You'll be responsible for ensuring the stores operation runs efficiently by:
- Receiving and booking stock into the inventory system
- Checking deliveries against purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Organising stock within the warehouse
- Completing monthly stock takes and investigating discrepancies
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Booking courier collections and preparing shipping documentation
- Issuing stock to the workshop and processing returned items
- Producing simple inventory reports
- Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised stores environment
What we'd like from you
- Previous experience in stores, inventory, warehouse or logistics
- Strong IT skills and confidence using stock control systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
