Duties of a Client Services Executive:
- Process client and intermediary requests accurately using internal systems
- Support new business administration, including onboarding new clients and processing changes to existing accounts
- Handle queries via phone, email and post, providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Manage incoming post, scanning and distributing to relevant teams
- Support with processing withdrawals, claims and returned mail
- Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, responding within agreed service levels
- Assist with payment processing, including direct debit and credit submissions
- Produce reports and provide administrative support to the wider team
- Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, to gather required information
- Ensure all processes are followed in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Support the wider business with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience within an administrative or customer service role
- Confident handling customer queries via telephone and email
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
