OA are looking to recruit for an experienced, proactive Account Executive to join a small, friendly team based in Bedford. This is a varied role where you will work directly with clients and suppliers, manage a portfolio of customers and support the wider team when required. You will also play an important role in preparing client databases and ensuring orders are accurately processed and ready for production.
Duties of an Account Executive:
- Manage a specific portfolio of clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide cover for other Account Executives during annual leave or absence.
- Receive and process client databases using specialist sortation software.
- Prepare client data accurately and ensure it is ready for production.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding service changes, new order enquiries and general queries.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Assist with investigating production issues, including incorrect orders being dispatched.
- Help in other areas of production when workload allows.

- Previous experience within Administration / Customer Service position.
- Desirable background within Post / Mailing industry.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
