Accounts Assistant – Temp to Perm Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Salary: £14 to £16 per hour (DOE) Please be advised that this is a fully office based, no hybrid permitted. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our clients successful team. Responsibilities: Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable Responsible for processing financial transactions Managing credit, collections, and conducting credit reviews. Processing and reconciling bank statements. Overseeing the logistics of shipments and organising transport routes. Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining financial statistics and statements. Assisting with the completion of tax forms. Handling inbound and outbound invoices. Preparing payment orders for authorisation. Communication via email and phone with customers in the UK and overseas. Performing other administrative duties as required. What we would like from you: Skilled in managing multiple tasks with precision while ensuring accurate financial records. Capable of conducting credit reviews and making informed financial decisions. Able to handle a variety of responsibilities, ranging from bookkeeping to logistics coordination. Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential financial information.
