Role: Accounting Administrative Clerk – Temp to Perm
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £14 per hour
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Accounting Administrative Clerkto join our clients successful team.
Duties of an accounting Administrative Clerk:
- Responsible for processing financial transactions
- Managing credit, collections, and conducting credit reviews.
- Processing and reconciling bank statements.
- Overseeing the logistics of shipments and organising transport routes.
- Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining financial statistics and statements.
- Preparing payment orders for authorisation.
- Communication via email and phone with customers in the UK and overseas.
- Preparing, sending, and storing invoices.
- Assisting with the completion of tax forms.
- Performing other administrative duties as required.
What we would like from you:
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks with precision while ensuring accurate financial records.
- Capable of conducting credit reviews and making informed financial decisions.
- Able to handle a variety of responsibilities, ranging from bookkeeping to logistics coordination.
- Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential financial information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
