The role: To successfully manage the client reporting and full year end service charge accounting for a portfolio of commercial assets. The role would suit someone with at least 5 years + experience in managing a commercial portfolio.
Duties:
- Input of new leases, lease assignments and rent reviews
- Monthly and quarterly rent raising
- Preparing lease completion statements
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly client reporting, some to include VAT return submissions to HMRC
- Input of service charge budgets
- Client liaison
- Liaising with tenants on queries, as required
- Preparation of service charge year end reconciliations
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience using a recognised property management accounts package
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, both oral and written
- A professional and organised approach to work
- A positive and helpful attitude within a team environment
