The role
To assist in the billing and Ad hoc Invoicing for utilities across the portfolio.
Duties
- Raise tenant billings for utilities and supplementary charges, ensuring tenants are billed on timely basis.
- Raise Tenant Service Contract & Ad Hoc Invoices, ensuring that all billing schedules are up to date.
- Billing void utilities to the relevant landlord.
- Maintain the invoice log & chase relevant departments if invoicing has not been received.
- Assist with the AP Inbox & distribute invoices to the relevant workflows, ensuring invoices are approved in a timely manner.
- Assisting with any other duties required by management.
Requirements
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be competent in customer service and dealing with external suppliers.
- Be able to prioritise workloads and daily tasks and dealing with manual processes.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
