Therole:Tosuccessfullymanagetheclientreportingandfullyearendservicechargeaccountingforaportfolioofcommercialassets.Therolewouldsuitsomeonewithatleast5years+experienceinmanagingacommercialportfolio.

Duties:

Roleduties:

• Inputofnewleases,leaseassignmentsandrentreviews
• Monthlyandquarterlyrentraising
• Preparingleasecompletionstatements
• Preparationofmonthlyandquarterlyclientreporting,sometoincludeVATreturnsubmissionstoHMRC.
• Inputofservicechargebudgets
• Clientliaison
• Liaisingwithtenantsonqueries,asrequired
• Preparationofservicechargeyearendreconciliations.

Requirements:

• Atleast5yearexperienceusingarecognisedpropertymanagementaccountspackage.
• StrongknowledgeofExcel
• Excellentorganisationandcommunicationskills,bothoralandwritten
• Aprofessionalandorganisedapproachtowork
• Apositiveandhelpfulattitudewithinateamenvironment
