Office Manager

Β£30-35k + Bonus
To manage a the office of a medium sized property management company. This will be running the office of c.30 people working between the property and accounting teams as well as senior leadershipmaking sure operations run smoothly within the office. Thisrole is based full time in the office.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls & intercom β deal where possible.
- Greeting clients and contractors
- Open post and distribute / scan and date stamp.
- Upload invoices to system (invoices received by post or via email) and deal with system issues
- Maintain filing including archive storage and scanning.
- Scan and email insurance details upon request.
- Contact Contractors, on behalf of Building Managers, to arrange time and date to visit the building or flat β electricians, plumbers, builders etc. Liaise with building Caretaker, Leaseholder or Tenant.
- Sending out Notices on behalf of Property Managers
- Operate Key register control system and get keys cut when low on numbers.
- Maintenance of CRM system making sure all information is up to date
- Monitor stock levels for office consumables such as tea, coffee, milk etc
- Heath & Safety checks includingannual checks for fire extinguishers, fire alarm etc
- Arrange regular servicing of air con equipment & gas boiler, other office equipment
- Organise Summer and Christmas Parties
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar office management position
- Strong attention to detail and both written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience within the real estate industry desirable
- Good organisation skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
