Osborn Associates Ltd, a leading building services consultancy, is urgently seeking a Senior or Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our team and support our rapidly growing project portfolio. With exciting new jobs approved, we need immediate support to meet client demands. Revit experience is not essential as we have a dedicated team of junior CAD technicians to provide support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist in delivering electrical, security, and fire detection projects.
- Develop design drawings, calculations, reports, and specifications.
- Conduct compliance inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide support to junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior or Intermediate Electrical Engineer in building services.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fire detection, and security systems.
- Experience with RIBA Stages 0 to 6 project development.
- Ability to manage projects and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel if required.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and relevant standards.
- Experience in civil, defence, commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
