Osborn Associates UK Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Safety Engineer to deliver exceptional fire engineering services across various sectors. This role offers an opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and engage with clients while contributing to industry-leading fire safety innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop fire safety strategies and technical reports for a variety of buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Provide expert advisory support and conduct site visits during construction stages.
- Prepare assessments of external wall systems and conduct CFD and evacuation modelling (using FDS/PyroSim, Pathfinder).
- Perform third-party design reviews and fire engineering verifications.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation and guidance (ADB, BS 9999, BS 9991, BS 7974).
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including client liaison and invoicing.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships.
- Mentor and support Graduate Fire Engineers, driving technical development within the team.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures, internal policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, structural, civil, or similar field).
- Postgraduate qualification in Fire Engineering (certificate, diploma, or Master’s).
- Full membership with the IFE (Institution of Fire Engineers), working towards or achieved Chartered status.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in fire safety engineering.
