People Transformation Delivery Lead - Chatham

About the team: OSB Group is currently on a Transformation journey and at the heart of this, is the implementation of the OSB Group's Learning & Skill Strategy. OSB Group has embarked on significant technology Transformation programme, which gives the organisation an exciting opportunity to transform its people eco-system. The Learning & Skills team plays a pivotal role in delivering OSB Group's priority to be "future-fit" for banking. Please note, this role can be based in either the Wolverhampton or Chatham office and has the benefit of operating within our hybrid-working policy of three days a week in the office and two days from home. This role will require interaction across all relevant sites and some travel between OSB Group locations as required.

What you will be doing: As People Transformation Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning & delivery of the assigned workstream using agile methodologies, as OSB continues its transformative journey under the Transformation programme which is set to digitise the Bank. You will work with a cross functional team of internal and external resources - utilising their own technical background to lead the team, manage scope, evaluate & manage risks/ issues, coordinate & ensure delivery of the supporting components to time & quality, in coordination with relevant stakeholders across the People Function, vendors and business representatives.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Day to day planning, supporting and managing of the components, process and people needed under the assigned initiatives, creating & owning the detailed delivery plan and roadmap for all change across the People Function.
• Supporting Group Head of People Transformation prioritising backlogs, participate in agile ceremonies and identify areas for improvement which can be implemented to enhance colleague journey experiences.
• Identifying, evaluating, communicating and managing priorities, risks, dependencies and opportunities across People Transformation.
• Hands on operational and delivery execution to move initiatives forward beyond project manager's scope for people change initiatives such as strategic workforce planning, target operating model review, building a new skills and job architecture.

Do you have the skills? We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and skills set out below:

• Project management experience is essential, demonstrating portfolio planning skills, roadmap and prioritisation skills.
• Previous practical knowledge of Agile change & Lean methodology is essential.
• Knowledge of one or more project/programme management methodologies.
• Demonstrated agile project management skills are essential.
• Previous experience of delivering within a transformation programmes is essential, ideally within a large and multi-location organisation.
