About the team
At OSB Group, our third-party relationships are critical to how we operate, innovate and deliver for our customers. We're looking for a Head of Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management to provide strategic leadership across procurement and TPRM, ensuring our frameworks are robust, compliant, and future-ready. The role carries clear ownership for driving the transformation of procurement and third-party risk management across the Group, embedding a modern operating model, fit-for-purpose tooling and strong executive-level oversight. This role reports directly into Group Chief Operating Officer and will lead a geographically distributed team and oversee the full third-party lifecycle - from sourcing and onboarding through to ongoing monitoring and exit, ensuring our approach is resilient, proportionate and aligned to business strategy, while enabling agility and innovation. You'll operate within the Group's SMCR framework, representing the function at senior governance forums and acting as a trusted partner to leaders across the business. This role can be based in Wolverhampton or Chatham and will involve some UK and international travel, including India.
What you will be doing?
The Head of Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management is a senior leadership role with first line accountability, responsible for setting and embedding the Group's procurement and third-party risk strategy, strengthening governance, and ensuring we extract demonstrable commercial value from our supplier relationships while meeting regulatory expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting, owning and continually enhancing the Group's Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management (including IntraGroup) strategy, policies, standards, operating model and governance framework across all functions and geographies.
- Providing strategic leadership across the end-to-end supplier lifecycle.
