We're looking for a Senior Propositions Manager to work alongside the Transformation teams to lead the development and evolution of our savings propositions across the Group. This is a leadership role combining proposition strategy, customer insight and delivery expertise to shape and enhance our savings products, platforms and customer journeys. Working closely with the Group Head of Savings Propositions & Planning, you'll help define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Group's savings propositions, ensuring the successful delivery of new products, proposition enhancements and customer-focused initiatives across all brands, channels and platforms. These roles can be based from our Wolverhampton, Chatham, or London office, with occasional travel between OSB Group locations.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the development and delivery of compelling savings propositions aligned to brand strategy, customer needs and commercial growth objectives.
- Define and manage the proposition development roadmap, prioritising initiatives that deliver customer value, regulatory compliance and business outcomes.
- Act as the lead business representative within the Savings Transformation programme, ensuring proposition strategy is embedded into change delivery and strategic projects.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer journeys using customer insight, VoC, NPS and CSAT feedback to enhance products, propositions and experiences.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Change, Marketing and external partners to deliver proposition enhancements and BAU improvements.
- Monitor market, economic and customer trends, leading customer segment reviews to ensure propositions remain competitive, relevant and aligned to target audiences.
- Produce accurate reporting, dashboards and updates for senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities and areas requiring action in a timely manner.

- Significant experience in a proposition or product management role within an FCA regulated business.
- Demonstrable experience leading complex projects and programmes across multiple stakeholders and locations.
- Strong experience working within Agile environments, with proven capability in delivering against competing priorities in a fast-paced setting and working with Product Owners to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence at all levels across the organisation.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
