Senior Proposition Manager – Savings

Report to: Group Head of Savings Propositions
Location: Wolverhampton or Chatham with occasional travel.
Base salary
£55,000 – £65,000 (dependant upon experience)
What you will be doing
In partnership with the Group Head of Savings Propositions, you will develop and execute a robust savings proposition strategy that supports cost‑effective growth and strengthens the Group’s savings brands, channels and platforms. You will ensure each proposition reflects brand values, resonates with target customer segments, and evolves in line with market, regulatory and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Propositions Managers to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and create compelling propositions for each brand strategy, using data and insight for innovation.
- Build strong relationships within the savings team and influence other departments across the group to meet business objectives.
- Lead key strategic projects and programmes, ensuring customer proposition impact is considered, shaped, and prioritised.
- Work closely with the wider leadership team on management and implementation of all savings‑related activities and workstreams.
- Act as the Savings subject‑matter expert for VoC, NPS and CSAT insights, owning improvements to the customer journey and lifecycle.

Do you have the skills
- Strong track record in a savings proposition management role within an FCA‑regulated environment, translating insight into customer‑focused, commercially viable propositions.
- Strategic development experience of savings propositions, ideally from 0 to 1.
- People leadership and line‑management experience with strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Specialist knowledge of the UK savings market, including trends, customer segments and distribution models.
- Experience delivering proposition initiatives in an agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
