About the team
As Portfolio Credit Risk Manager, you will join the Risk function at OSB Group, reporting to the Senior Credit Risk Manager. This role involves creating and updating credit risk reports, portfolio deep dives, segmentation reviews, and strategy assessments. You will conduct regular analysis to support decision-making and policy development across Underwriting, Collections, and Recoveries teams. The role includes line management of at least one Credit Risk Analyst.
The position is based in Wolverhampton with a hybrid working policy, and we are open to discussing flexible arrangements.

What you will be doing
You will manage end-to-end Credit Risk data processes and analyses, utilizing SAS and SQL skills. Responsibilities include:
- Reporting monthly MI to Senior Management and Credit Risk Committee
- Executing critical data processes ensuring governance compliance
- Leading Credit Risk analytics across the lifecycle and products
- Managing affordability tools and valuation procedures
- Handling regulatory data requests
- Supporting risk appetite and early warning indicators
- Identifying areas for analytical deep dives and insights generation
You will be part of a transformation project creating a new operating platform, with growth opportunities as the company expands.
