- Lead the technical solutioning process for bids and tenders, including architecture proposals, compliance matrices, gap assessments, and responses to technical requirements.
- Evaluate architectural trade-offs, including build vs. buy decisions, technology choices, licensing, total cost of ownership, and delivery constraints.
- Design integrations with existing customer infrastructure, including identity providers, security monitoring systems, data sources, and AI platforms.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture discussions with government, defence, and other strategic customers.
- Work closely with commercial teams to develop technically sound proposals and present solution approaches to customers.

- Represent Osavul at relevant industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with existing product capabilities and technical roadmap.
- Contribute to improving the architecture, security, compliance, and on-premises readiness of Osavul's solutions.
- Help identify technical gaps, integration challenges, and opportunities to improve the product's suitability for complex enterprise and government environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building or operating distributed backend or platform systems, combined with strong solution or enterprise architecture experience.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, system integration, infrastructure architecture, security, and operational requirements.
- Experience translating complex customer needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and architecture decisions, balancing feasibility, scalability, security, and cost.
- Experience preparing architecture documentation, technical proposals, and solution designs for complex enterprise or public-sector projects.
- Solid understanding of enterprise security principles, including identity and access management, data protection, auditability, and compliance.
- Experience working directly with customers, leading technical discovery, presenting solutions, and discussing architectural trade-offs with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with government, defence, national security, or other highly regulated organisations.
- Existing NATO security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with air-gapped environments, offline software deployment and upgrades, or security accreditation for government or defence systems.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Experience with self-hosted LLM/RAG systems, GPU infrastructure, or AI model-serving technologies such as v LLM or TGI.
