Your Responsibilities
We are recruiting an Account Executive for the osapiens division in the UK. The role focuses on strategic selling and acquiring new business within existing client organizations. Your responsibilities include:
- Initiate impactful discussions with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to understand their ESG needs and align osapiens solutions with their ESG objectives.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Manage the customer experience from initial contact through to contract signing.
- Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
Your Experience
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, preferably with a focus on regulatory, ESG, or compliance solutions, including broader platform sales.
- Proven track record as a proactive hunter, sourcing and closing new business.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger).
- Experience managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Receptive to feedback, self-aware, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
- Strong executive presence, capable of engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders at the board level.
- Collaborative team player with humility and a strong execution focus.
- Skilled in technical demonstrations and translating complex solutions into clear customer value.
