Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.

Salary: $40,000 - $44,000 per year + annual bonus. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary: As a member of our Commissions Service team, you will support our advisors and your team members in all aspects of commissions, customer service, and processing. You will collaborate with direct team members and team members throughout the organization.
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Commissions Service team. A successful candidate will be able to learn quickly, retain knowledge, multi-task, and have a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle simple and complex customer service telephone calls, email, and Service Net requests from Advisors regarding commission payments.
- Create a strong working relationship with Advisors and their assistants.
- Educate advisors on where to find online information.
- Lead or participate with the team in identifying and resolving commission issues.
- Handle research tasks and error resolution and communicate with other BD departments and outside product sponsors to resolve problems.
- Meet the quality and production goals.
- May occasionally be called upon to process commission transactions from third-party entities.
Education Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Basic Requirements:
- 1 - 2 Years of Customer Service experience.
- Must be proficient in the following: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to learn new systems and processes and retain knowledge.
- Team Player.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills.
- Able to multitask.
Preferred Requirements:
- 2 - 3 Years of Customer Service experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
